Shipping policy

Shipping & Production

Every Fluid Jewellery piece is thoughtfully handmade to order. Your piece is created by hand in our studio, and production typically takes approximately 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise noted in the individual product listing.

Please note that production time does not include shipping time.

Canada

We offer complimentary shipping within Canada on all orders.

Once your piece is complete, your order will be dispatched within 7 days.

Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for delivery within Canada after dispatch.

Canadian orders are shipped with tracking. Orders under $1,000 are shipped via Canada Post and are insured up to $100. Orders over $1,000 are shipped via FedEx Overnight and require a signature upon delivery for maximum available insurance coverage.

Orders being shipped to a PO Box will be sent via Canada Post.

If you require priority shipping or would prefer to use an alternative carrier, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

International Orders

International orders under $1,000 are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Orders over $1,000 are shipped via FedEx International Priority or DHL and require a direct signature upon delivery for maximum available insurance coverage.

Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for international delivery after dispatch.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and may vary depending on the value of your order and the applicable tax or duty-free threshold.

Any duties, import taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are generally collected upon delivery.

Please Plan Ahead

As each piece is made to order, we recommend allowing plenty of time if you are purchasing jewellery for a wedding, celebration, or other special occasion.

While we will always do our best to meet your requested timeline, shipping and customs delays can occur and are outside of our control. Fluid Jewellery cannot be responsible for orders that arrive after a specific event or requested date.

Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Fluid Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit.

Where applicable, orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. If an issue arises with your shipment, we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to resolve it.
